How do I choose a format?

Share your pet’s habits, dates and area. The choice is made after that conversation, according to needs and available care options.

Does an online enquiry make a booking?

No. It starts a conversation about your needs. The service, dates, price and terms are confirmed in writing before you commit.

Where are visits available?

Maubeuge is the starting point. Include your town in the enquiry: the travel area is confirmed individually.

How do I find out the price?

The quote takes account of format, duration, number of visits and agreed travel. The total and any fees are stated before your acceptance.

How do I prepare for the first care arrangement?

An initial conversation covers instructions, habits, equipment, access and useful contacts. The service arrangements are then set out in writing.

How do I change or cancel an arrangement?

Contact Marcin as soon as possible. Change and cancellation terms are provided before the contract. The statutory withdrawal right is separate from those terms.

Controller and purposes

Marcin WISNIECKI EI, at the address and contacts stated in the legal notice, is the controller for enquiries. Contact details, town, service choice and message are used to reply, assess needs and prepare a quote. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Data and recipients

Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to process an enquiry; without them, a reply may not be possible. Telephone is optional. Information is intended for Marcin WISNIECKI. On the hosted website, Netlify processes the form and technical connection data for hosting and security. Inbox.eu email services are involved in email correspondence. Information is not sold or used for a newsletter.

Retention and transfers

The supplied website code contains no advertising measurement, analytics tracking, embedded map or social widget. Images and fonts are local. Hosting providers may process technical logs and use mechanisms needed for security.

The first animation

A value called mw-intro-v1 is kept in sessionStorage so the longer arrival animation is not replayed in the same tab. It contains no contact details or advertising identifier. It disappears at the end of the tab session. The website remains accessible if this storage is blocked.

Choices on the page

Filters and the format selector only change the page display; these choices are not stored or transmitted. An enquiry is sent only when you submit the form or write an email. If non-essential tools are added later, information and consent controls must be updated before those tools are activated.

Before acceptance

The quote and contract define the service, dates, visit times, area, duration, tasks, total amount, any fees and payment terms. Amounts addressed to consumers include applicable taxes. Cancellation, change and return-of-access arrangements are provided before acceptance.

Care arrangements

Care arrangements are documented in writing with useful animal information, instructions, owner details and agreed contacts. Options for each format are checked individually; visits do not provide continuous supervision. Veterinary treatment is not part of the offer shown.

Complaints and mediation

First send any complaint to wiesmarcin@inbox.eu or the postal address of Marcin WISNIECKI EI. If a consumer dispute remains unresolved, you have the right to refer it free of charge to a competent consumer mediator. Right of withdrawal

For a service contract concluded at a distance or off-premises, a consumer normally has fourteen days from conclusion to withdraw, where provided by law. A service being scheduled for a date does not automatically remove this right. An information enquiry through the website does not start a contract.

Requesting an early start

If you want a service to start before the period ends, a separate express request is needed. If you withdraw after that requested start, a proportionate amount for service already provided may be payable under the law. Loss of the right for a fully performed service requires the prior agreements and information specified by law.
